Last night Rob and I visited our wedding ceremony venue to pay the deposit and wander round in the sunshine. If you live in Yorkshire you might recognise it - I'm not going to give the name because I'm weirdly protective of it but it's a beautiful old building with the most gorgeous grounds. We'll be having our ceremony and some photos here before going to our next venue for the afternoon and evening celebrations. We're slowly booking the big, important things and everything seems to be coming together nicely, which is very exciting!
I'm wearing a super-cute and super-short dress I picked up in the ASOS sale. How adorable are those gingerbread men? I love this dress but it really is rather short... I'm sure I flashed my pants more than a few times while wearing it. Don't worry though - they were nice pants.
Wow that looks beautiful. I want to get married at a castle in the forrest but they don't have many castles in the U.S. =/

The gingerbread print dress is cute. Good luck with the wedding planning. I really enjoyed most of the planning part. Not as much as the wedding part though. And the marriage part? Well, really, that's the best bit of all.

ReplyDeleteI am getting married in December and so all the pretty summer tea part ideas (I orignially wanted a may wedding lol) flew out of the window and we are going for mulled wine and paper snowflakes. And lots and lots of pine cones!!
My only advice (not that you need it) is to have beautiful flowers that smell lush!!!
Congrats hun and happy planning xxx
