I'm quite enjoying wearing separates at the moment. Sweaters and shirts, worn with jeans or trousers, chunky boots and statement necklaces. This bold, bright jumper is a particular favourite, as it does all the work for me. Who cares if you're wearing the same jeans you've worn for the last 3 weeks if your top half glows like the neon sign of a strip club? No one, that's who.

I've had a long, tiring couple of weeks whizzing around the country for various work things, so it's nice to come back home and shrug on some comfortable clothing. I wore a version of this outfit for my one day at London Fashion Week and was 'street style snapped' four times... something that never happens. I guess looking comfortable (and possibly wearing an eye-searingly bright colour) was working for me.
I had a bit of an extended blog break while I recovered from travelling, tried (and failed) to buy a house and raised a kitten baby (more on her soon). It's nice to be back.

I couldn't agree more Jen on your point about who cares about your jeans when you're rocking a neon jumper! I have a bright pink neon jumper which I adore wearing and it definitely jazzes up my jeans. Great look on you lovely.
